The Paris Concert - Aftershow

First thing Bill did after the final bow was to take his very nice daughter (what's her name ? seems to be 3 or maybe a bit less) in his arms. Then he stepped out of the stage, signing just one autograph to some front row fan.

Right after the show, we waited by the side of the stage for Bill's assistants, who were supposed to let us meet Bill. During that time, as the theater was not empty yet, Albert Lee came back on stage to take care of his amp, and was asked by a couple of people to sign their tickets. Shortly after, there were at least 50 people surounding him to ask for autographs :-)

After a while, one of them came to take us backstage, actually to the balcony of the theater, where Bill was very kindly talking to a lot of guests, though he seemed to care more about his daughter...

Eventually, the baby had to go to bed, so did Bill... and we couldn't talk then, mostly because all his time had been used by those guests... We were invited to meet him at the hotel the next morning, but had to decline, as we all had to go to work the next day. But this will happen later, right, Bill ?

So we left the backstage area, meeting on the way Albert Lee, Gary Brooker, Melanie Redmond, Graham Broad, Martin Taylor and Beverley Skeete, all of them very nicely taking a little of their time to thenk us for the compliments we made on this great concert. What a nice bunch of people !

We met outside the rest of the Paris Glimmers who were still waiting for us, went for a quick meal that never came, and took a few other souvenir pictures...
